"After a initial problem with the reservation, everything was solved, thanks to Carlos, the Manager of the Hotel, whose outstanding dedication was keen to solve any issues. We ended up stayng 5 nights in this nice hotel, well located by the beach. All the staff was very kind, receivning us with a smile. Points of improvement: more attention to the cleaing os the dishes, who makes us digg through the pile of plates to find a clean one. also the clenaing of the roms can improve but we link this to the 96% accupancy when we were there. All in all, it was a very neice and relaxing week."

"The new head of reception is rude to say the least. We were clitments using the bar and apparantly upon leaving the hotel we were speaking too loudly, and rather than speaking directly to us and politely asking us to keep our voices down, the receptionist stormed out from behind reception and started to shout at all the other staff claiming that our behaviour was unacceptable and was potentially upsetting their clients. We are also clients and we deserve to be spoken to with respect. I returned to ask for an official complaint slip because of the treatment received from the head of reception and I was again spoken to rudely and told that I'm banned from the hotel. It's a little unfair to think that if you speak up and complain you are then banned for it. It should not work that way. Rude staff, poor attitude from the head of reception and an unjustified ban from the hotel gor complaining about the way i was spoken to. I do not recommend this hotel."

"If you're looking for a hotel with direct beach access from your room and don't want to spend a fortune, this place might seem ideal. But keep in mind that appearances can be deceiving. The hotel's facilities are so dated and rundown that they could be the subject of an episode of an '80s TV show. The walls are so thin that you could engage in conversation with your neighbors without raising your voice. And to top it all off, the bed has springs that make you feel like you're sleeping on a minefield. In short, this hotel is perfect if you love nostalgia and budget-friendly adventures, but if you value comfort and good maintenance, you'd better keep looking. P.S.: Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility."

"A scam, €650 for two nights: terraces dirty from everything that falls from the trees, outdoor bathtub that you cannot use for the same reason, due to dirt, lack of maintenance of the room and facilities, the bathtub, shower and sink incorporated into The room is the least practical thing in the world and on top of that there is no space to support or store belongings. There was no kettle or infusions, two samples of gel was the only detail...what a scam feeling, the staff friendly but not very efficient. Cobwebs at the entrance to the room and spiders inside…the garden and pool face the beach, yes, but before that there is an embankment that is used for parking so you are in the pool and the cars raise dust that reaches you… The only good thing was the air conditioning and that it is well located, but that is not worth €650. We will neither return nor recommend it."
