Residence Inn Boston Downtown/Seaport

Friendly front desk people, allowed early check in during my stay, great included breakfast, spacious and clean rooms

High ceilings, lots of space for a city hotel, quaint and charming “loft” feel. Plus the room had a full kitchen

The room was great but the sofa sleeper was not very comfortable. Staff were Friendly, breakfast was good and we liked the location.

Staff is great. The food is terrible though. Just wanted a quick lunch (chicken tenders for my daughter), neither of us could eat it. That bad.

The room was beautiful and spacious. I was impressed with the breakfast on the first day of our stay. The last day wasnt as good but it was better than average.

This hotel was so over rated. The ratings let me to believe that this would be a luxury and top of the line hotel. It was average at best but priced for high level. Far too expensive for what you get or actually don’t get. No pool, no daily room service, breakfast only until 9am, views of Boston - the view out my suite window was an alley and parking garage. Water and snacks cost more than the airport. Good luck getting ahold of anyone at the hotel - they make it impossible to call the front desk and just route you to reservations or help center overseas. The suite was not sweet; average with a sofa bed that sleeps zero as it was more comfortable on the floor. TV signal was bad and it was opening day of MLB and I just wanted to relax and watch the games.

Our room was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

That was my second time so definitely it’s was a very good experience

Our room was very clean and loved the set up. The staff was welcoming and breakfast included many items and was stocked and cleaned up consistently. I would recommend this hotel to a friend anyday.
