The air conditioning kept fluctuating between hot and cold, and the entire room was small and damp. The laundry room wasn't great either, with lint all over the dryers. It was a far cry from the wonderful experience I had in Osaka. I probably won't be coming back here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. It's a bit of a walk from Ueno JR Station, which can be inconvenient if you have luggage.

The accommodation was spacious, and the bathroom was clean—it was really great. If I visit Tokyo again, I would definitely rebook 1,000,000% of the time! Plus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, but unfortunately, the location was really poor, and I often got lost. The room was quite large, but otherwise ordinary, and the air conditioning would frequently stop working or run loudly (without being adjustable). Given the poor location and the price (over ten thousand per night), I personally feel it's overpriced.

The hotel location was great, 4min walk from metro station and 10min walk from JR station, very convenient. There was also a 24hour supermarket close by as well as a daiso that opens at 7am!
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Amenities were amazing. Everything was there, from liquid detergent to pots and pans. They offered to clean up the room every 2 days, but still cleared the garbage daily. A point to note was that they didn’t vacuum properly under the table as the crumbs we dropped were sitting there for days.
Room was relatively spacious, we managed to have 3 suitcases open all at the same time, but the closet was a tad small. We had to set up our own tatami beds the first evening, other than that it was also good. They had electric plugs and switches on the bed headboard which was also convenient. Shower was also spacious with tub.
Overall super happy with our stay, and would definitely consider it again

The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, a convenience store, and Inaricho subway station, offering a quiet yet central spot. It's fantastic!
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, which is a great plus.
