Qaidam International Hotel

The room was spotless, and the front desk staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and polite. They tried their best to accommodate every guest's needs. The room facilities were complete, and the toiletries were especially high-quality! Plus, the breakfast had great local特色! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Staying at the Qaidam International Hotel in Xining was such a breeze! The room was clean and even had a humidifier, which is perfect for the high-altitude climate. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient, and the soundproofing was excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here.

Of all the hotels I've stayed at along the Qinghai-Gansu Loop, this one was by far the worst value for money. 1. The service was terrible. The front desk staff were incredibly cold and seemed to have no customer service skills whatsoever. When we checked in, no one offered to help my elderly parents or the children with their luggage. The phone in my parents' room was broken, and when we asked the cleaning staff for two extra bottles of water, they seemed very reluctant. Before checking out, I asked for two tote bags, and again, the cleaning staff was quite unwilling, claiming each room only gets one bag. For a room costing over 1000 yuan, that's just ridiculous! 2. As for the facilities, there's no laundry room, there were small flies in the bathroom, and the shower water was barely lukewarm, making showering very cold. The breakfast was also very mediocre. In short, this hotel was expensive and poor quality.

This was by far the worst hotel we stayed at on our Qinghai-Gansu loop tour, completely lacking any sense of service. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and even the greeters, we felt no warmth and were met with cold faces almost everywhere. The room phone was always unreachable and there were no instructions on how to use it. I really don't understand how this hotel operates and is managed. No matter how grand its appearance, it'll be hard to attract repeat customers with service like that. Quite a disappointment.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The surrounding area is also very nice. I always choose this hotel whenever I'm in town, whether for business or leisure. The service is attentive, and the breakfast spread is fantastic.

The room is cozy, well-lit, and bright, with complete amenities. The front desk staff are very gentle and polite, and getting around is super convenient. It's not far from the commercial district, within walking distance. Overall, it's great! Highly recommended!

The bed in the room was really comfortable. The hotel parking lot was also very clean. The breakfast service was good, and there's a nearby supermarket which was convenient for stocking up. It's much better than the Xili Gongzige Hotel next door.

I have to say, the value for money here is absolutely insane! For this location and these amenities, the price is incredibly affordable. The gym is small but the equipment is brand new, and the room was spotlessly clean. Plus, the mini-bar soft drinks are free, and the room is super cozy with a perfect decor style. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in its own building, which is quite rare for a provincial capital city (many hotels share buildings with other companies or hotels). It also has its own dedicated parking lot. The surrounding area is very bustling, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and taking a stroll. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they proactively asked about my car and driving situation. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern and functional facilities. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options. After traveling for over two months, I finally got to enjoy a breakfast with bacon and buttered bread. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.
