This hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess. The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable! This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

Cleanliness: Absolutely impeccable, you can rest assured. Ambiance: Elegant and perfect, it's a rare and exceptional Russian aristocratic luxurious palace-style hotel. Service: Five-star service! All staff members are warm, attentive, and provide first-class service – truly flawless. Minibar: The first round of drinks is complimentary and unlimited. There's plenty of capsule coffee to enjoy, and the welcome fruit is abundant and fresh. Experience the century-old Russian aristocratic elevator: It's like bringing scenes from a movie directly into your real life. Russian Fairytale Museum: The entire hotel's decor immerses you in the luxurious and romantic atmosphere of a Russian aristocratic palace. Complimentary photoshoot: You get 4 free travel photoshoots where you can dress up in magnificent Russian aristocratic princess outfits and take stunning pictures. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this hotel. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely choose Grand Mansion 1903 again.

The 1903 Grand Mansion, with 123 years of history, was originally built as a residence for a Russian Grand Duke in Harbin. The hotel boasts one of only two operational century-old elevators in the entire country – the other being at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai. Riding it truly feels like stepping back in time! The hotel also thoughtfully provides guests with a variety of costumes, perfect for an immersive and fantastical journey into the past at any time! The staff are incredibly attentive, always putting guests' needs first. For anyone visiting Harbin, this place is an absolute must-stay!

The location is super convenient, right next to Central Street. The hotel service is excellent; all the staff are warm and thoughtful. They proactively shared the hotel's history and helped with luggage. The breakfast also included complimentary specialty dishes that my child absolutely loved. They even offered a complimentary souvenir at check-out, which was a really nice touch.

Upgraded to a 60 sqm family room for an extra 300 RMB. The complimentary afternoon tea for two was decent, and riding the hundred-year-old elevator was quite a unique experience. The room had one large bed and one small bed, and the bathroom area was very clean. Overall, the space was quite spacious. The front desk staff who helped with our luggage were excellent and very welcoming.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the middle of Central Street, making shopping super convenient. The building itself has a rich history and cultural heritage, which greatly enhanced our stay. The century-old Russian aristocratic elevator and the Russian fairy tale museum were both quite interesting. The staff were very warm and welcoming; the front desk guidance and check-in details were thoughtfully explained.

Secondly, on the day we arrived, because we had elderly people and children with us, the staff provided exceptional care. Especially the gentleman who took the kids to experience the old-fashioned elevator – his explanations were superb. Finally, the hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's right in the prime spot on Central Avenue, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions. Looking forward to seeing you in winter!
