We really liked the location and the convenience getting to the diff subway stations including access to the JR express line back to Narita airport. Being at the heart of shibuya made life simple and saved a lot of travel time. View from our floor of the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem with a panoramic view of Shibuya Crossing! It's super convenient, right above the subway station, so you can eat, drink, shop, and have fun all in one place. While it's a bit pricey, that's expected for such a prime location in Shibuya. The room isn't huge, but there's enough space to open a 28-inch suitcase. Plus, there are tons of great places to eat and shop nearby, making it a perfect spot to extend your stay for a couple more days.

Friendly staffs. It’s surrounding by train & bus stations/ food shops/ Department stores/ shopping centre and play. It’s at centre of Umeda. It’s a good choice.

Excellent location! If you're lucky, your room might even have a direct view of the famous Shibuya Crossing. Plus, there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient for a shopping trip to Tokyo, saving you the hassle of lugging suitcases through the subway.

One most convenient hotel strategically located right @ Shibuya Crossing 🚠⛩️🏔️, easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room has cosy bed 🛌 for great beauty sleep. Best thing, the hotel offers Airport Limo bus 🚌 transfers right @ the Level 5 Lobby carpark area. There are countless oishi eateries, great retail shopping 🛍️ & spa nearby for relaxing massage. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya. Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.

Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator. Very convenient stay!
