Everything was quiet, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were polite, the transfer was excellent, and breakfast was good. Overall, it's a good hotel with soft bedding, no unnecessary fuss, and convenient appliances. There's even an iron and ironing board, which is handy and quite rare. There's a beautiful mosque within walking distance, which is very convenient and comfortable when it's hot outside. The hotel also has a great spot for relaxation and prayer.

Excellent service and a very friendly price. The distance to the Haram is quite far, but there's a shuttle every hour that drops you off near the Gaza terminal.
the room is really spacious, toilet is very clean. definitely would repeat again soon!
Nice hotel and. Clean
Love every bit of thing about this hotel. I always come back to them. Looking forward to more good times at Novotel.

The hotel is very clean and beautiful, with great service and a lovely breakfast. The only issue is its location, which is far from the Haram. What makes it worse is that while there's a shuttle bus to the Haram, the breaks between trips are too long. Other hotels have shuttles every half an hour, but this hotel's departure times are infrequent, forcing you to take a taxi, Uber, or Bolt for transport, which was a real hassle for me. I wish they would address this point.
The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

Everything was very clean and wonderful. It's a high-class hotel at a very reasonable price, even below average. The only reason for the lower price is the location. They charge less than they should because of it. They provide a bus for pilgrims to the Haram, and a taxi ride is normally about 15 minutes from the Ajyad Gate of the Haram.
The hotel is very good. Clean. Good staff. Easy check out. Complete amenities only the location not really strategic compared my previous hotel. But overall i love this hotel snd the price is affordable.. thanks
