Overall, the room felt a bit small, and the breakfast was quite basic and repetitive – typical 'Western' fare. However, the location was excellent, very close to popular attractions, making dining and getting around incredibly convenient.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the location was absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the city for shopping, just step out of the hotel. The restaurant downstairs was also delicious, and the breakfast had a great variety and taste. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is pretty good, and the location is excellent. It's just a short walk to both Koreatown and Chinatown. I didn't experience the cleaning issues some other reviews mentioned; my room was cleaned daily, and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor downside was the duvet – the cover and the blanket inside kept separating, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, everything else was great and clean. The breakfast was tasty, though it didn't vary much. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Melbourne city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The breakfast spread is generous, and if you order from the staff, you can even get a latte with pretty art (or if you're an introvert like me, you can just use the coffee machine yourself). They don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own. However, hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner are all readily available. The room has a coffee machine, complimentary milk, and a fridge. The room itself is a bit small, and with two large suitcases, it can feel a little cramped and block the way, but it's not a major issue. The hotel also has an outdoor heated pool.

I'd definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast was delicious, the service was great, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese. The hygiene was also pretty good.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Elizabeth Street. There's a tram stop downstairs, and it's very close to Chinatown. The only downside is that the hotel lobby is a bit hard to find; it could use more signs.
