The hotel I stayed at in Madrid during my trip was beautiful, spacious, and above all, the staff were incredibly kind. It was a truly wonderful hotel. Compared to Barcelona or Rome, I felt it was a bit of a letdown. First, the location: it's about a 10-15 minute walk to major tourist attractions like Plaza Mayor, so you basically don't need a bus. The location is fantastic. The rooms have been renovated and are very spacious. I think you get a surprisingly large room for the price, which is great. There's a courtyard and a pool, with a restaurant next to it, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It's very relaxing. The staff were all smiling, greeting me warmly, and were very friendly; they were happy to chat for a long time. I even gave them a tip. The only downside was that I was hoping to see the view from my window, but the entire building was undergoing renovations with ladders cleaning the exterior walls. It was a shame I couldn't see the view. This wasn't mentioned on Trip.com beforehand, which was a bit disappointing. However, overall, both my wife and I really liked this hotel, and we would like to stay there again if we return to Madrid after the renovations are complete. While the price might be a little high, we felt it offered better value for money compared to Barcelona or Rome. This is purely relative, of course.

Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely kind and always available to help and satisfy any needs or requests. The room was equipped with everything you need, and the bathroom included a hairdryer and GHD straightener. We would definitely return to this hotel if we were to return to Madrid. Highly recommended. Very central location.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The facilities and service are truly five-star, surpassing even some other five-star hotels. There's a turndown service, complete with homemade chocolates every night. The location is also incredibly convenient! A true gem.

Bad review. Looking at the previous review, everything else is OK, but I had to change rooms on the second day of my stay. When I got up the next morning for breakfast, the necklace I took off the night before and another one I tried on were both placed on the cabinet at the entrance. When I left, I saw the waiter cleaning next door. When I came back, the tool cart was outside my room, but no one was there. Because I was in a hurry to go out and play, I had to check out before 12 o'clock, so I packed my luggage and checked that I didn't leave anything behind, so I went to the front desk to store my luggage. When I came back to another room at night, I opened my luggage and makeup bag and remembered that I had lost the two necklaces that I had placed on the cabinet before I left and when I came back to pack my luggage. I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that no one saw it. Because of the language barrier, I was also worried that I would be retaliated against if I stayed in the hotel, so I posted this review after I left. I hope Ctrip can actively coordinate to solve the problem and live up to the trust of the Chinese people in Ctrip. I saw on the Internet that Spanish hotels really steal things, which is not false at all.
