Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel (Sofia Church)

The hotel facilities are complete, and the transportation is convenient. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the service was excellent, providing great emotional value. The restaurant is fantastic with a elegant and comfortable ambiance. Even with many guests dining during the National Day holiday, the service supervisor promptly helped us find a table. The overall stay experience was superb, highly recommended.

The restaurant is excellent, with a great atmosphere and complete facilities. The hotel is close to all the attractions. During our stay, we received complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. The soundproofing in the room was decent, and the hot water in the bathroom was good. The restaurant staff provided attentive service, and they even offered guests special yogurt during the National Day holiday, which was a lovely touch!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt very comfortable and satisfied. Despite being an older hotel, the management is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. The location is also great; Metro Line 3 and the Songhua River cableway are just across the street. What's particularly noteworthy is the fantastic restaurant. The environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast is very rich with a wide variety of choices, easily meeting five-star standards.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of service – five-star recommendation! The location is excellent, just across the street from the cable car and subway, and a ten-minute walk to Central Street. The restaurant is fantastic, with a great ambiance and complete facilities. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, and the staff are always proactive in offering help and anything you might need. It's truly a 'princess treatment' experience!

Staying at the Habsburg Hotel again, the service is still as heartwarming as ever. The breakfast is abundant, and they even proactively prepare exquisite yogurts for guests. The parking lot staff make you feel like a VIP with their 'princess, please board' service, truly a warm welcome. Every detail from the front desk to the guest rooms is meticulous and thoughtful. It's truly an ideal place to stay when visiting Harbin.

The restaurant is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious breakfast options in a comfortable dining environment. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh bedding and a spotless bathroom, making for a truly relaxing stay. What impressed me most was the service; the staff were consistently warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the Songhua River and the Flood Control Memorial Tower, which is perfect for families traveling with children. I highly recommend it!

The hotel facilities are outdated. The afternoon tea was poor, and the breakfast was all cold. Despite there being hardly any guests, a spoon fell into the scrambled egg with tomato dish and no one picked it up. The restaurant staff were unhygienic; they handled cleaning rags and dirty dishes, then without washing their hands or wearing gloves, proceeded to hand out new spoons and chopsticks. The hallway lights were off at night during renovations, which was quite spooky, and I was told that many guests complained about the bright lights in the corridor. For 700 during the Mid-Autumn Festival, the price was not justified. I will not stay again. The only advantage is its good location. The '180-degree river view' I booked was just a small piece of glass. Extremely poor value for money.

The breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant was fantastic! The latte art yogurt was exceptionally good! The environment was beautiful and pleasant, the facilities were complete, and the accompanying services were excellent. The breakfast was very rich and served until 12 PM, so you didn't have to wake up early to enjoy it. Not only that, but we also received a 'Sweet Journey' souvenir gift. The staff always greeted us with smiles and provided cheerful service. The overall experience was excellent and worth recommending!
