The hotel is full of local families, if you are looking for chill and romantic couple holiday, it’s totally not for you. It’s always very loud, people talked super loud and children were screaming and running. Also due to humidity, there’re little bugs crawling everywhere on the shelves in the room and the bathroom. It also smelled a bit mouldy in the room. Moreover, there are only 2 lifts for 17 floors (each floor has around 10 rooms), you have to wait for a long time in order to be able to get into the lift. However, staff are friendly and the gym is perfect! Breakfast is also great!

Great hotel. The staff are nice, the views are great (sea view room), the gym is brand new and quality, the pool is small but a lonely view (can get a bit noisy with children) and the rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and it is always a great experience. The complimentary shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City is very convenient, as it allows for a one-stop journey without needing to arrange separate transportation. Unfortunately, I was unable to reserve a seat on the return shuttle this time because it was fully booked, but that is understandable. I have no complaints about the hotel's services. The staff are polite and professional, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a hotel I would happily stay at again.

Given that Southeast Asian countries often have insects, I understand that bugs can be an issue. BUT finding them in the bed and under the covers was truly upsetting. Thankfully, the front desk promptly changed the sheets and duvet cover. The place itself is indeed very beautiful though.
