Starhotels Terminus

We booked two deluxe rooms for our trip to Naples and stayed at this hotel twice at different times. The first time we checked in, we found that the room type wasn't what we had booked online. After repeated negotiations with the hotel, it was grudgingly resolved, but overall, the experience wasn't great. The hotel facilities are old, the service is mediocre, and the rooms are small. Its redeeming quality is its location near the train station, which makes getting around convenient. There are police patrolling outside the hotel, which made us feel safe. About a 15-minute walk away, there's a fantastic hotpot and BBQ restaurant. It's spacious, elegantly decorated, clean, and hygienic. We ate there every night during our stay in Naples (forgot to take photos!). So, even though the accommodation was just okay, our appetites were extremely satisfied during these few days.

The hotel is right across from the train station, with police cars and officers patrolling outside, which makes it feel very safe. The location is excellent for public transport, and the hotel's interior is also good. There are plenty of restaurants just outside downstairs.

The room was very clean, and it's just a 2-minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was decent, and there's a balcony. It's also a 15-minute walk to what's considered the best pizza place. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room facilities were very basic, but as a solo traveler who just needed a place to stay for a quick trip, the single room at this hotel was perfectly adequate for me. The location is super convenient, right in front of the train station, and feels very safe.

When I was booking a day trip around Naples, I specifically looked for this hotel because it's a popular meeting point for many day tours, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the central train station, making transportation super easy. Plus, there are police patrols every day, so it feels quite safe.
