First and foremost, the service truly impressed us! Initially, we were assigned a room on the first floor, which had a noticeable woody scent that my partner, who is quite sensitive, found unpleasant. After mentioning it to the front desk, they quickly moved us to a third-floor room, which smelled much better thanks to the air fresheners. The afternoon tea was also very thoughtfully prepared. We had dinner at the hotel, and while it wasn't cheap, it's understandable given its mountain location. Plus, since our order exceeded 200, the owner surprised us with a complimentary bottle of red wine, which was a lovely bonus! For breakfast the next day, as we had an extra child, the hotel kindly provided an additional bowl of rice noodles and a cup of soy milk, which was more than enough to fill us up. We were a bit concerned about charging the electric scooter we rented, but a couple of the hotel staff not only enthusiastically showed us where to charge it but also drove us back and forth, which was incredibly considerate. Finally, the staff recommended we visit the 'Thousand Layer Staircase' (Qianceng Tianti), enthusiastically pointing out the route. Mentioning the hotel name even saved us 20 yuan on parking/toll fees, and the attraction itself was fantastic – definitely worth the trip! Overall, highly recommended!

This hotel is really unique. The front desk staff were mostly young women and men who were all laid-back, patient, and very attentive. The room was spotless and very comfortable to stay in. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Dazhai car park, and the food was light yet delicious. Plus, the surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning.

It rained quite a bit in May, and it was raining when we visited, but the misty Longsheng had its own unique charm. The hotel was incredibly photogenic 📷. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the little details were well thought out. We stayed in a family room with a smart toilet 🚽 and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures. The water pressure and temperature were stable, and they even provided a children's step stool at the sink. The toiletries were also of great quality 👍. The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor with affordable prices and good food. I recommend dining at the hotel, as guests get a discount. Parking is convenient 🅿️; you can park right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to unload luggage. The hotel also has an elevator 🛗, making it a comfortable and easy stay with kids, very suitable for family travel.

Our stay in the Qiyan No. 2 Scenic Suite was absolutely perfect! The massive, unobstructed floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the terraced fields, and the spacious balcony provided an expansive vista. We soaked in the morning cloud sea and the stunning sunset in the evenings. The room itself was very roomy, equipped with smart devices and high-quality bathroom fixtures, and was meticulously clean. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they expertly planned our sightseeing routes and arranged convenient transfers to and from the scenic spots. The special bamboo tube rice and local home-style dishes were incredibly flavorful. The tranquil mountain setting, combined with exceptional comfort and incredible views, makes this an ideal choice for both family trips and romantic getaways.

Facilities: Very complete and high-end. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Very convenient, I slept very comfortably. Service: The staff, both gentlemen and ladies, were very enthusiastic ❤️. They helped us upgrade our room for free. We took our child to the rice paddies to catch fish, and even though we didn't catch anything and got bitten by mosquitoes, we had a great time. The room window view was beautiful. When we left, they gave us a souvenir, some delicious rice wine.

The room was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. Waking up in the morning, I opened the curtains to a misty view of the terraced fields. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast were excellent. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very warm and helpful.

The room faces the rice terraces directly and has a huge sofa, perfect for lounging around and doing nothing. Service: The lady at the front desk upgraded our room and arranged afternoon tea for us. The hotel staff also helped carry our luggage to the room. Amenities: The hotel has a washer/dryer and an elevator.

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax in Longji, then Xi'an No. 2 is the perfect choice! The hotel is quietly nestled halfway up the terraced mountainside, and as soon as you open the window, you're greeted with stunning layered mountain views. The breeze makes time itself slow down. The bedding in the room is super soft and comfortable. You can spend your days daydreaming by the window and your evenings sipping tea in the lobby. No need to rush to attractions or join the crowds – you'll feel completely relaxed. It's a truly comfortable place to unwind. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Longji.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The facilities were complete, and my child absolutely loved the kids' playground. Dining and transportation options nearby were very convenient, and it was just a 10-15 minute walk to the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill.
