Breakfast was superb

Not bad, quite good.

Environment: The hotel's location is exceptionally good, situated in the heart of the old town, although Valencia's old town isn't very large. The hotel is less than six months old, so it's very new. The facilities are also very new. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a parking lot!! You have to walk about 200 meters to park next door. Of course, valet parking is available. Service: The service is attentive and excellent.

A very beautiful and well-maintained hotel in a perfect location, with spacious and elegantly furnished rooms. The breakfast room, which also serves as a restaurant and bar, is lovely in its 1920s style. However, the breakfast service was a complete disaster. On all four days of our stay, we had to wait more than half an hour for a cup of coffee and a glass of water. Sometimes we received nothing at all – despite asking several times. The breakfast itself was very good and delicious.

A fantastic experience! The hotel is located within walking distance of the North Train Station in the Old Town. It faces the city's busiest square, yet it's very quiet at night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there are plenty of excellent breakfast options nearby. Almost all attractions are within walking distance, including the markets, except for the beach, which requires a taxi. The hotel's decor is very traditional, with soft colors that don't disturb rest. The hotel facilities are new and very convenient. The room size is standard for most European cities, but the layout is practical and easy to use, with smooth passageways. The bedding and toiletries were very comfortable. The front desk staff were patient and explained everything clearly. The only area for improvement is the restaurant; it gets quite crowded at dinner, and the staff struggled to keep up, resulting in us waiting quite a while before they came to ask if we wanted water. However, it's definitely a hotel worth staying at again.
