入住挺晚，半夜又叫了外賣，服務都很好，房間衞生也不錯，床品不錯，夜燈比較暗，窗簾的遮光效果非常好，睡到8點都沒覺得，這點很不錯，酒店周圍最近在修服務員都是挺熱情的，唯一不足的是無線網絡信號不好，滿格的信號

首先很感謝前台工作人員免費升級房型，其次床很舒服，雖然房間的所謂智能設備貌似沒有作用，浴室音樂設備不響，智能馬桶沒反應，調温按鈕沒反應，網絡一般，不知道是不是因為我的房間在盡頭一端，我很想給好評，但整體入住體驗確實不佳，我在知曉酒店有餐廳的情況下，詢問前台是否能夠提供一個勺，前台直接回復説沒有，然後也沒其餘解釋了，所以我也很好奇是酒店的勺衹能在餐廳使用而不能在客房使用嗎？初次入住的時候價格不到二百，現在價格上漲之後服務卻沒跟上，衹能説有點可惜，下次可能不會再考慮希岸了，畢竟同價位的酒店可選擇性很多，在自身產品具備可替代性的情況下，我想服務才是區別自身與同行的根本。
