Sanya Boyue Yalong Bay Villa

Extremely satisfied with the room; it was well-equipped and cleaned thoroughly every day.

Overall, it fell slightly short of expectations, mainly because each floor of the villa is quite small; it's a "chimney" villa with only four floors, meaning it's impossible to live without an elevator. The main issue is the significant difference between the villa and the pictures, leading to a large gap between expectations and reality, especially the initial photo. The cleanliness and environment were satisfactory, with daily cleaning. The villa's location is also good; it's within walking distance of the beach, surrounded by villa areas, making it quiet and ideal for families. The kitchen is a bit small and lacks functionality, but it's still usable for cooking. The water heater wasn't working very well, but a kettle was promptly provided. The swimming pool is also excellent; simply sitting by it and enjoying the summer breeze is very pleasant. There are many trees in the area, including a banana tree in the yard, which provides a cool and comfortable atmosphere.

We stayed in this apartment from April 8th to April 17th, 2026. We rented a three-bedroom villa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. There's also an additional bathroom in the common area. The kitchen is convenient: a refrigerator, microwave, and gas stove. Detergent is provided. Dishes, chopsticks, and spoons are provided. Forks are not provided. The dining area has a TV, with all Chinese channels. The pool is long and narrow: three adults and a child easily fit. There's a washing machine (near the pool), a swing, and a clothes dryer. We were pleasantly surprised by the service: trash can be removed upon request, and the pool is cleaned, cleaned, and refilled. Very convenient location: right outside the apartment, across the road, is the entrance to a park area with a lake. 600 meters further along the lake is a night market with a supermarket, a coffee shop, and a cafe—you'll find everything you need. The sea is another 500 meters from the night market. We swam in Yalong Bay and also went to Solnechnaya Bay (10 minutes by taxi). Joy City (where there's a supermarket and shopping center) is a 30-minute taxi ride away.

帶娃出行入住，先説優點：房間空間特別寬敞，全屋衞生打掃得很細緻整潔，設備電器都是品牌，小朋友格外喜歡酒店泳池，下水玩得不亦樂乎。, 兩處明顯減分項：, 一是泳池消毒水投放過量，氯味很重，孩子泡一小會兒雙腳就大面積發皺起皮，對小童皮膚刺激性較強；, 二是房間隱約能聞到淡淡的黴味，應該是海邊空氣潮濕導致，室內防潮處理有待加強。, 整體硬件和衞生底子不錯，若能調整泳池消毒配比、做好房間除濕除黴，會是很完美的親子住宿選擇。

管家團隊很耐心，提前加群組可以解決我們很多疑問。房子實景和提供相片相符（唯獨卫生间配置不是每個也標示得清楚），其他沒有落差。小朋友在屋內玩得很開心。但七居只有六個馬桶和五個淋浴，所以不適合五家庭以上，除非有心理準備共享。 唯獨水管不好易于塞，首天入住晚上上厠所和洗澡才發現污水會在一樓卫生间倒灌，導致旁邊的房間也不能用。晚上維修人員修不了，一鞋污水直接走出廳，門也不關。已經請他在卫生间外脫去鞋子提鞋離去也不理，污水的鞋印弄到一屋也是，要我們自行清潔，非常不理想。翌日的維修人員預備了鞋套，亦會願意溝通，這才是正常嘛。儘管如此，管家當晚有盡量補救，即時安排另一棟三居臨時住宿，翌日也處理于塞問題，第二晚留宿就沒有大問題了。 總體來說，撇除我們的「不幸」，其實也沒什麼大問題。

設施：因為別墅區是附近最新的，所以設施非常完備，而且裝修特別上檔次，真的是度假好地方。 衞生：衞生每天都有阿姨來打掃，非常乾淨。 環境：位置非常好，周邊步行可達美食街、百花谷商業街、沙灘等地方，非常方便，無論吃飯還是遊玩都是最佳地點。 服務：服務絕對沒話説，不僅管家有求必應，關鍵要去哪兒玩衹要説一聲就能送到想去的地方，我們去天堂森林公園、吃飯、玩亞龍灣沙灘都是接送的。極其推薦，小朋友在別墅泳池玩得很開心，下次來還住他們家。

房間比較乾淨，冰箱內還有免費的小飲料，每個房間和走廊都有中央空調，一進門就很涼快，泳池也很棒，每天有消毒，服務態度很不錯的，離周圍的網紅店也挺近的

環境很好，很安靜，離沙灘也近，特別是管家小哥哥服務太好了，下班了還來接我們

房間環境挺好的，比較注重環境的家庭可以直接沖，沒問題。距離亞龍灣真的很近，吃和玩都很方便。另外服務也挺好，管家不是虛設，而且都會有一對一的回訪，非常不錯的一次入住體驗。
