Toyoko Inn Odawara Station

The location is great, within walking distance with good view of the station. Basic toiletries and complimentary items can be slightly lacking; you need to remember to take from the lobby communal counter. However, I was pleasantly surprised that they provide facial care sample packs as part of the amenities. Room is more spacious than expected, which is a bonus. Wireless internet is intermittent which may cause confusion. Overall good experience.

Convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room came with free breakfast buffet breakfast everyday and it quite yummy.

Perfect stay, great location right next to the train station and bus stop to start the hakone loop. Rooms are lovely.

Room size wasn't big but ok as we traveled there with 2 cabin bags. Still comfortable. Big plus point us that it's walking distance from train station and the Odawara Castle. We could also take a longer walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent though the cafeteria was small. They provided take out boxes which was thoughtful of the hotel.

I accidentally book a smoking room for my trip, other than the smoking smell everything is acceptable. This hotel is more suitable to business trip type hotel. They got provided free flow breakfast for you to stay eat and go easily. The front desk is very helpful, they try to answer your request even they not fluent English, this is good job.

Location, service and cleanliness of the hotel is very good.  The breakfast has various types of food which are delicious and are refilled timely.  The room is quiet and clean.
