The hotel itself is lovely. Amazing pool and extensive breakfast with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Gym, sauna, and other facilities very well maintained. They wanted £350 each for their NYE party which was excessive. Hotel said it was child free, but there were several (well behaved) kids around. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was serviced and cleaned regularly. The area itself isn't great. No pavements, and pretty dirty. But there are nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and pharmacies which are handy. Grab will deliver food or get you a taxi wherever you need to go. Lots of building work nearby, so your balcony may look over a building site. Room had a small kitchen with fridge/freezer, hot plate, sink, microwave, and plates/cutlery. If all you want to do is laze by a pool, this is a great hotel.

Great breakfasts, location and all the amenities. There are Russian speaking managers and amazing attitude to visitors. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We went here for a weekend get away. The rooms are as advertised and quite big. The breakfast was okay/average for a 5* star hotel please improve your coffee!). We were quite sad that the hugely advertised hamam was closed and since it was rainy season that was one of the main reasons to choose that hotel.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We ate dinner in the restaurant on evening and the food was amazing. The pool is great and there are plenty of sinners well. Definitely would recommend and I would definitely return.
