Hilton Osaka Hotel

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. There's a subway station right outside, and a JR station across the street. It's super convenient whether you're coming from the airport, heading to Universal Studios Japan, Shinsaibashi, or the Umeda shopping district. Plus, getting to Tokyo from JR Shin-Osaka station is incredibly fast. Check-in is at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can store your luggage. When checking in, you'll need to queue, and the line is on the far left. For Japan, the room size is actually quite generous, with plenty of space to move around. All the front desk staff speak excellent English. The person who checked me in seemed to be *********, and she offered to speak Chinese, which made communication very smooth. The service was great too. Osaka is perfect for shopping, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! 👏🏻

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the heart of Osaka Station's commercial district. Hankyu, Hanshin, Daimaru, Lucua, and Grand Front Osaka are all within a five to ten-minute walk. While the room views aren't spectacular, the rooms themselves are quite spacious for Japan, and the design is classic and not outdated, though not particularly stunning either.

The hotel was clean, and the Moomin buffet was adorable. I thought it was a great idea that you could get a ticket for your next meal if you finished everything on your plate. Everyone was really good about not wasting food.

The hotel is very close to Umeda, so much so that I could still squeeze in some sightseeing in the morning before my afternoon flight. The location gets a big thumbs up! 👍🏾👍🏾 Even a standard room offers beautiful city views. 👍🏾👍🏾 However, aside from two bottles of mineral water, no other complimentary drinks were provided. 😶

The hotel breakfast was just so-so, but the location is very close to the subway station.

Compared to other hotels in Japan, this hotel offers spacious rooms and a great, convenient location. The price is reasonable and not overly expensive, making it a worthwhile stay. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are still acceptable.
