Hilton Osaka Hotel

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the heart of Osaka Station's commercial district. Hankyu, Hanshin, Daimaru, Lucua, and Grand Front Osaka are all within a five to ten-minute walk. While the room views aren't spectacular, the rooms themselves are quite spacious for Japan, and the design is classic and not outdated, though not particularly stunning either.

The hotel was clean, and the Moomin buffet was adorable. I thought it was a great idea that you could get a ticket for your next meal if you finished everything on your plate. Everyone was really good about not wasting food.

The hotel is very close to Umeda, so much so that I could still squeeze in some sightseeing in the morning before my afternoon flight. The location gets a big thumbs up! 👍🏾👍🏾 Even a standard room offers beautiful city views. 👍🏾👍🏾 However, aside from two bottles of mineral water, no other complimentary drinks were provided. 😶

The hotel breakfast was just so-so, but the location is very close to the subway station.

Compared to other hotels in Japan, this hotel offers spacious rooms and a great, convenient location. The price is reasonable and not overly expensive, making it a worthwhile stay. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are still acceptable.

Facilities: Well-equipped for a classic hotel. The room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Conveniently located for transport. I spent most of my time around the hotel these past few days, and it met all my travel needs. Service: Excellent! 👍

This hotel is incredibly convenient! Whether you're shopping in Umeda, traveling by JR, or heading to the airport, it's just a 3-minute walk to the station. Kim at the front desk was super fluent in English, and even though check-in in Japan is usually at 3 PM, she kindly arranged an early check-in for me after checking the room's readiness. I'm truly grateful to the hotel. Out of my three stays in Osaka this year, the Hilton has been the best!
