設施：酒店餐廳在一樓，早餐品種多，也好吃，對早餐很滿意。前台有很大一顆聖誕樹，很漂亮。缺點是房間空調老舊，温度調了和沒調差不多，冷得不行，而且空調的聲音很大。
地理位置：周邊有幾個地鐵站，出行方便。KLCC和電視塔步行即可到達，地理位置很好
衞生：衞生環境不太好，房間味道很大，黴味很重，不開空調吹風根本受不了🤦🏻♀️被子有點點黃色污漬，不太乾淨。
環境：酒店地理位置好，不過我們分到的房間窗外有工地。雖然不是直接面對馬路，但是晚上還是有一些飛車噪音。
服務：沒有感受到什麼服務，包入住的時候前台一直在打電話，等了好一會兒。講話也很快，聽不太清楚。

Had a wonderful stay here. The operator, Alan was very kind in assisting us with a late check-out. Breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety of food and drinks. The staff at the gym and pool were also attentive and caring. The only downside was the TV, which was quite small with poor resolution and sound quality. Do note that the carpark is in a separate block and requires quite a bit of walking.

The location is great. It’s in a clean, upscale area right in the city centre, which makes it convenient for business trips. Near to monorail station just walking distance
However, the hotel itself feels quite dated. The rooms are old, and the carpets throughout the property need to be replaced, as they look worn and not very clean

The hotel location is in the golden triangle area of Kuala Lumpur and is easily accessible by car or by monorail as the nearest monorail station is Bukit Nanas. We appreciated that we were allowed to check in early, plus the front desk upgraded our room during our stay. The room is cosy, air conditioning can be adjusted to your preference. Shower water pressure is strong. Buffet breakfast is served at the hotel lobby and the spread is amazing. Overall we had a great stay. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful when I reported to them regarding a malfunction hair dryer in the room.

Nice location as walk few hundres meter can get to monorail to bukit bintang

We stayed for 2 nights for our niece wedding. Location was great. Room ok. Breakfast was great. Was send to level 1 for premier breakfast for the second morning.
