Makati Diamond Residences

Very good hotel! Superb hotel workers. Everyone who works there was very attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is located in a great area in Makati. Breakfast was delicious. A LOT of options. The room was clean. The washer is also combined with a dryer so that’s a plus. I highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable hotel in makati district good value for the price

This was my third time staying at Makati Diamond Residences. Compared to my last two visits, it feels like the service at the front desk is no longer as good as it was during my first stay. In contrast, the service from the security personnel, doormen, and other staff at the hotel's entrance was as friendly as ever. They greeted me and made small talk, such as asking how my shopping was or how my day had been. One even greeted me with "Assalamualaikum" each time he saw me, and I truly appreciated that. The room was still good, clean, and super comfortable. Thankfully, due to the rain, there was no construction work. At check-out, I collected my security deposit and that was all. There were no questions from the guy who processed my check-out; he could have at least asked how my stay was. This is a hotel, not a supermarket checkout where you simply give the customer their change and that is all. Kinda disappointed with this stay.

Convenient location with easy access to Grab cars and Grab food delivery. Close to the Makati malls and 7-11, so everything you need is nearby. The neighborhood is very peaceful with tight security, so it always felt safe. Bonus: the room has a microwave, which was really handy. Would recommend.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

Love the big room even though the stay were rather short. Close proximity to Greenbelt and SM mall is a plus point. Will be back for future if there chance to revisit to Manila for work. #a4dable2travel #travel_vegan
