Convenient but Flawed
We chose this hotel for a one-night stay before an early morning flight, expecting seamless airport convenience. While check-in was smooth, we were disappointed to learn that no shuttle service is available between 11 PM and 6 AM—a significant drawback for an airport hotel just 10 minutes away. Even during operational hours, shuttles run only every two hours, which feels inadequate.
The room was basic but acceptable, though one of the provided slippers had a hair on it and appeared unclean. The pool, however, was another story: filthy with algae, clearly neglected for months. We left after just five minutes—it was uninviting and raised hygiene concerns.
While the hotel serves its basic purpose for transit passengers, the limited shuttle schedule and cleanliness issues make it hard to fully recommend, despite some pleasant touches like the chocolate hour.

The hotel has a beautiful and modern design, with a spacious lobby and welcoming atmosphere.
• My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
• Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options — plenty to choose from and quite delicious.
• The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with requests.
• The location is very convenient if you need to be close to KLIA airport, which is just a short drive away.

Awesome! Such a nice stay . Friendly staff. We stayed here for two nights, with family of 6. Breakfast are great. Near to klia, with free shuttle, will stay again.

Wifi connection had issues and receptionist wasn’t able to issue room key and someone has to accompany to get to my room and the lift. Bigger bathrooms but smaller room size.

The hotel is quite near to KLIA airport. It took about 20-25 mins to reach using Grab car. The hotel is big & nice with wide lobby. The room is also clean, comfortable and with all the amenities. We stayed there for 1 night only since our flight is the next day. The breakfast spread is quite good too with varieties of food, local and western. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport at no cost. Overall, it was a good and nice hotel to stay!
