HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Station offers unbeatable convenience just minutes from JR Sapporo Station, with clean, comfortable rooms and exceptional multilingual staff. Guests consistently praise its excellent value, modern amenities, and prime location near shopping, dining, and attractions—making it an ideal choice for both transit travelers and city explorers seeking quality and affordability.

I have stayed in many hotels across Japan, and apart from its convenient location near the station, this is by far the worst hotel room I have experienced. When we checked in, there was a patch of oily liquid on the desk, making it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, every furniture surface was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. I have attached a photo showing the amount of dust on the bed's headboard. Given the condition of the room, I believe the bedding was also dusty, which likely contributed to me becoming unwell, as I have a dust allergy. The carpet was old and appeared to be heavily dust-laden as well. It was the kind of room where simply taking a few steps seemed to stir dust into the air. I am genuinely surprised that a reputable hotel brand would deliver such a poor standard of housekeeping. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel, and unfortunately, this room fell far below that standard

Great location! It’s within a 5-minute walk to JR Station and Hokkaido University. Susukino is about a 20-minute walk away. There’s a Lawson right across the street, and Seicomart and 7-Eleven are also nearby, making it very convenient. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t provide complimentary bottled water, which was a bit disappointing.

Standard Double Room is small for 2 adults, we could barely open our luggages. Can refill toiletries at the lobby. Strategic location near Sapporo Train Station. There is a small Lawson supermarket and some restaurants around the hotel. The neighborhood is relatively quiet at night as compared to Susukino.

The location is near to the MRT. Need to walk about 10min to my business area. The breakfast is good and authentic Japanese.
