Chimelong Penguin Hotel

Booked the Arctic room, but the hotel upgraded us to a Temperate room on a higher floor. The room facilities were all-inclusive, and they even had most of the baby essentials, saving us the hassle of bringing our own. The hotel's buffet was also very rich, and we could watch the penguins while eating. Both adults and the baby were very satisfied with the food. We'll definitely come again next time.

Staying at the Penguin Hotel made visiting Ocean Kingdom super convenient. The hotel's overall design is excellent, and as soon as I checked in, I had one-on-one butler service, which was incredibly helpful and prompt. Other room and cleaning services were also great. I even received a handwritten note from a staff member, which felt particularly heartwarming. Every staff member I encountered at the park was lovely. I look forward to coming back again soon! ^_^

Traveling during off-peak season was a fantastic experience! Check-in was super fast, and a lovely lady at the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade. The hotel breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The shuttle to Spaceship Park was quick and convenient, with hardly any waiting time. The dining options were diverse and plentiful, with each restaurant offering its unique flavors. The dishes catered to a variety of dietary needs, and the ingredients were of high quality. The dining areas were bright and spacious. Public facilities were regularly inspected and maintained, ensuring all hardware ran smoothly and reliably. The staff were attentive and courteous, treating guests with warmth and generosity, and promptly responding to all inquiries. The hotel is decorated with themed installations throughout, creating a strong holiday atmosphere in the lobby and corridors. Public areas were kept meticulously clean, allowing for relaxing strolls that helped alleviate any physical exhaustion from our activities. Whether traveling with family or friends, everyone is sure to have a comfortable stay. The seamless transition between play and rest created many wonderful memories for our trip.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate. It wasn't as old as some online reviews suggested; the interior was acceptable. The only downside was that the window couldn't be opened, so there was no ventilation. However, I upgraded my room and meal plan, which made for a very comfortable stay. This stay was of very high quality, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Chimelong.

This is a great family-friendly hotel with excellent attention to detail, even providing children's amenities in the rooms. Even during the off-season, there were quite a few people. You can see fireworks from the fountain square. The front desk offers stroller rentals, though they're a bit pricey. The butler service was fantastic, with timely and thoughtful reminders. There's a convenient shuttle bus to Spaceship Park.

The biggest advantage of the Penguin Hotel is its proximity to Ocean Kingdom. It's just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient for families with children. You can easily head back to your room for a nap or diaper change when the little ones get tired. The hotel is decorated everywhere with penguin-themed elements, which kids will absolutely love. The rooms are well-equipped, even including a children's toilet seat and bathrobes.

The Ocean Kingdom pavilion offers an up-close experience with the charm of the ocean, and the amusement rides cater to visitors of all ages. The underwater restaurant boasts an unbeatable view for dining, though service can be a bit slow during peak hours. The food presentation is exquisite and enticing. While the outdoor areas of the park can be hot in summer, making it less comfortable, the restaurant is pleasantly cool, and dining with a view makes for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
