Chimelong Penguin Hotel

It's much more convenient to stay at the Penguin Hotel when traveling with kids, it's just so comfortable! The service at the Penguin Hotel is great, they deliver items quickly, and they even give out little gifts – my child loved the toy car they received. We booked a fireworks-view room, so we watched the fireworks from our room at night without having to deal with crowds. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The room was clean and tidy with great natural light, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly soundly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process very efficient. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation and the facilities were complete and easy to use. The location is very convenient, close to Zhuhai Chimelong Station, and you can directly enter the Ocean Kingdom park from the hotel. When you're tired from playing, you can go straight back to the hotel to rest and then re-enter the park. For a summer trip with kids, choosing a nearby hotel is a must. The hotel + ticket package is definitely more cost-effective than buying them separately. Even if you don't book breakfast or dinner, you can order takeout – you just have to pick it up yourself. But overall, the stay was pretty good and it's a top choice for family travel.

Staying at the Zhuhai Penguin Hotel with kids is an absolute blast! You can walk straight down to Ocean Kingdom without having to queue forever. The lobby has real penguins, and my kids screamed with delight when they saw them. The rooms are all penguin-themed, and the little ones didn't want to leave their beds. The buffet even lets you watch penguins swim while you eat – fun for both adults and kids. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, and it gets incredibly crowded during peak season.

The kids absolutely loved the room, and the fireworks show at night had an amazing view. My child had a blast collecting cards and interacting with others at the hotel, and even received a little gift. The exclusive direct passage to Ocean Kingdom is well-maintained, allowing guests priority entry and saving a lot of time queuing. The staff are professional and efficient. Housekeeping is thorough, and any issues with facilities are addressed promptly. The hotel regularly updates its equipment, replacing older items in a timely manner. With its mature hardware and thoughtful services, staying here makes visiting Chimelong easy and stress-free. I'm really looking forward to the hotel upgrading its in-room smart devices and developing more penguin-themed merchandise and parent-child experiences.
