Overall okay, but need to do maintenance for water heater, since it is not functioning well. And also to improve cleanliness of the floor.

Air conditioner was terrible cause its very slow.. my room was 318 and its too bad you cant even lock the bathroom. even the light switch went off when you try to use. flush in the bathroom also bad the poop not flushed in single use. please improve a lot !

Carpet smell, dirty,at the floor.shower broken.iron and iron board don’t have at the room.guest need to go to the ground floor to iron at one room which is it’s not safe for women or kids and not convenience.front office was good , housekeeping as well.room it’s ok for me but pillow have a smell. Floor still can smell smoke even there was a signage at the floor. Elevator fast.
