Till now since the first day I step into Acappella Suites Hotel I'm trying to look or spot of any mistakes, fault or even of any lapse that I don't like but me and my family members strongly agreed that everything was more then we expected, the service team from Suseela front desk to the housekeeping Riduan, Sharizan and Ain and the Security officers was polite,helpful and of course friendly by greeting us the whole family everytime. I don't want to talk and the Hotel itself as it's already so beautiful well kept and maintained. Food was awesome. Location was too perfect with so many things around it. Definitely I would recommend this Acappella Suites Hotel to everyone and of course I will come back to this Hotel again. I used to be frequent or loved to stay at Concorde Hotel whenever I'm at Shah Alam looked like this time I'm going to change to this Acappella Suites Hotel.

Everything is good exept for cleanliness especially at toilet area. Even my 4 years old daughter refused to seat down on the toilet bowl because she said very dirty. The room got many dust at closed area but that one i still can close eyes. But toilet….. so dirty.. i just came back from oversea so im so tired to even complaint or change room.

First look is nice. But some part of the wallpaper in the room has came off, the tap for the sink is so loose that I can turn left to right. Plus the sint DON'T have hot water. So far I was still OK with this. But then when I was lying down on the bed I noticed only 2 pillows so I tried to call the front desk to ask for 1 more pillow as their pillow is too soft for me, when I pick up the phone in the room don't work! When inform the front desk, they only reply ”ya the phone don't works some time.” with a I don't care face to me. If u have a choice, don't choose this hotel.

Overall, we had a great experience with the DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam branch, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and modern. The hotel near Central i-City mall, a short walk from i-City Theme Park, WaterWorld, and SnoWalk. My kid has a very enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early before 3pm. So this was a big plus. Tosca Italian Trattoria sevice was excellent, a big thanks to Mr. Fareez the outlet Manager for the wonderful great service to us, family and i had a great time there. Would definitely big recommend friends there.

Was with my family of 5. We decided to give this place a go. Honestly I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was adequate and working fine. Which was really good. I checked in yesterday and they have a problem with internet for the whole day so i am unable to done my work. And for today they only replaced one towel in my room. I called to the reception staff asking for towel, she said okay. After 5 minutes, a guy from reception give a call and mention they don’t have stock for the towel!! How can it be?? I called back to the reception, a lady pick up my call and she said okay she will send it up. Thanks to her. So the question here, what is happening with that guy actually??? 1st there is no internet connection on the first day, lucky the second day it back to normal. 2nd you guys didn’t replace two towel in the room, 3rd you mention that you dont have enough stock for towel while you only gave me one towel?? And that lady manage to provide me the towel. Please bring your own towel if you wanna stay here. Overall facilities is okay. The lobby is nice and clean. Just need enough training for the certain staff here. Treat your guest with fairway and we will comeback.

1. 2 Connecting rooms booked but 1 room was not ready. Receptionist couldnt solve the problem fast. they asked me to wait.. Wait.. Wait.. Couldn't tell me when the room can be ready. I made a complaint to trip.com then only the room ready at 8pm, compensation was where I can check out late at 6pm but for 1 room. 2. Cleanliness of the room poor where it has dirty stain on the bathroom sitting area. 3. Broken bathtub 4. Not enough towel provided for swimming use. 5. Breakfast choices limited. No proper coffee machine in this so call 5 star hotel. Goods 1. Good lunch at Charcoal restaurant. Staffs friendly. Good foods. 2. Atmosphere good with beautiful plants, lake. Conclusion : will not stay again. Not worth.
