Grand New Century Hotel Wenzhou

It's great, probably the best New Century Grand Hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are good, the facilities are good, the surrounding environment is good, and it's next to the Wenzhou Grand Theater, which is very convenient for watching a show at night. There is also a large shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for eating and shopping.

The room is very comfortable, clean, odorless and musty. The overall decoration style is simple, elegant and clean, which is my favorite style. The bedding is comfortable and the location is excellent. It is not far to take a taxi to anywhere! The business housekeeper Feifei is very kind and has a good service attitude.

The hotel is relatively new and conveniently located. The facilities are good and the toiletries are pretty good. The room is on the top floor with a good view. Before checking in, I called to ask what time to check in, room preferences, etc. I also added the housekeeper on WeChat to communicate at any time. The housekeeper who added me was quiet and considerate. I asked about parking, smoking, whether there were children, etc. I came to see the concert on the weekend. The lobby check-in on the same day also gave instructions on how to go to the venue, which was very considerate. If you order takeout, they will help deliver it upstairs, and also send fruit for check-in. When checking out, Alan Wu Siyao was also very enthusiastic, and the hotel also sent souvenirs. The overall experience is good. If you come to Wenzhou in the future, I will consider staying here again.
