I have always loved staying at Banyan Tree. I stayed at Banyan Tree Yangshuo twice before. This time, the first Banyan Tree in Guangdong opened in Dongguan. Come and try it right away. This Banyan Tree is located in the Songshan Lake Scenic Area. Because it is new here, some facilities are not fully developed. I was a little disappointed that the outdoor swimming pool was not open due to weather conditions. The infinity pool at Banyan Tree was a highlight The advantage of this place is that the service attitude is very good. Compared with the more businesslike and rigid service in Yangshuo, the service here is relatively more attentive and thoughtful. From check-in to throughout the stay, the service was very considerate. The handsome guy Wang Xiaoer who sometimes participates in check-in and check-out is really warm and thoughtful. The hotel's buffet and Chinese food are very good. The hotel has a shortcut to the Songshan Lake Scenic Area, which is very convenient for visiting Songshan Lake. There is still some construction going on in the hotel, so it was a bit noisy during the day during our stay. I'll check in again when the hotel is fully open in a while. I hope the service will remain as good as it is now.

In the afternoon, I originally had an appointment for travel photography and Zen meditation activities, but unfortunately, I left the hotel before I had time to participate in the afternoon activities due to rushing. I strongly recommend the Deluxe Mountain View Room. The green scenery is very comfortable and soothing. The Mountain View Room faces the sun, so the sunlight is better. The lake view is also good, but it is relatively cool. This stay, especially the outstanding performance of Yoyo, the head of the guest service center, made me full of good memories of this trip. I believe that when we have the opportunity to travel again, we will choose Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake Hotel again.

You have to wait for 10 minutes to enter even if you go at 10:30. The overall experience is not worth the room rate of 3000+

I have always liked Banyan Tree. This time I specially came here to stay for one night. Overall it is good, but it is a new hotel. The trees have just been planted and are still bald.
