The hotel's location is perfect, right on the west side of Datang Everbright City and super close to Exit B of Metro Line 4. It's really convenient, and surprisingly quiet at night. What truly impressed me were the front desk ladies; they were all so graceful, warm, and attentive.

The location is fantastic! It's right next to Exit B of the subway station on the left, and very close to the Tang Paradise and the Grand Tang Everbright City. The room was excellent, and they even accommodated my request from Ctrip for a room further from the elevator. They also gave us a few small gifts. This is my second time in Xi'an, and this will definitely be my first choice next time I visit!

The hotel amenities felt a bit dated, but everything was clean. The cleaning staff was very proactive and responsible. Loved that the delivery robot could directly bring food delivery to your room: so convenient! Location is great: the Wild Goose Pagoda is only a 10-15min walk away, and so is the Shaanxi History Museum.
A couple of notes: there are pretty steep stairs in front of the hotel, so it’s not wheelchair accessible, and it’s pretty annoying when you have luggage or a stroller. At checkout the staff will help you carry your bags down, but at check-in there was no one there to help. To take a Didi, you need to walk to the end of the little street since it’s not accessible by most cars. Lastly, the music blaring from Datang Everbright City is LOUD and can be very disruptive during the day if you’re jet lagged. Aside from these quibbles, it’s a great little hotel at a convenient location.
