ALBERT HOTEL

Clean and spacious. Less than 10mins walk to train station. Front desk very friendly and helpful. The lady helped us locate a lost phone in a taxi we took and coordinated the return of the phone to our room with the driver even though it was near midnight. All the time being very understanding and hospitable to us. Felt the warmest reception in harbin despite the extreme cold weather.

The room is spacious and clean. nice view of Harbin west station from room. Housekeepers are helpful and my family feel safe. Both receptionist and watchman in the night duty, are extremely helpful and assisted us in the laundry beyond their scope of job We will choose this hotel again if return

The moment I entered the hotel lobby, the smell of cigarettes hit my nose. The room facilities were so bad that I doubted if it was a 4-star hotel. The towels and bed also smelled of cigarettes. It was the worst experience of my trip to Harbin. It was such a huge disappointment for $70/day!!

Second time book this hotel. All is nice room ok, service ok. Recomended hotel in this area.

The lobby and the room is separated building . So it ‘s heard to carry my baggage to the room. But another amenity is really good.

Convenient location near Harbin West train station Very helpful staff

all was good except for the service they will ignore u even u have a lot of luggage, check in no deposit required i think due to they cannot speak English. other then that good location near railway and near to food and mart
