Overall we had a pleasant stay✨😊  Amenities: 5😊✨ Cleanliness - given a 4 since some like 2-3 rice granules found, pillow kind of smelly , shower / tub do not have a shower curtain Location: 5😊Perfect Breakfast: 5😊wide variety buffet with a good view✨😊 Internet and wowow usage in watching movies is a plus. I still recommend and want to stay again✨😊

I’m a regular guest at Swissôtel, and it has never failed me when it comes to cleanliness, efficiency and convenience. The location is superb, and I always feel safe staying here. Many Singaporeans 🇸🇬 love this hotel, and it will always be one of our top choices when visiting Osaka. It’s suitable for families with young children as well as solo and business travellers like me. The rates can be higher than at other hotels, but I think it’s worth paying a little more because the quality, convenience and overall experience are consistently there. The only negative feedback I have is regarding the buffet breakfast. I paid around SGD35, and I felt that the selection was rather limited for the price. While the view is lovely, the breakfast itself was not particularly spectacular. I hope Swissôtel can consider improving the variety of the buffet, especially since there are many places just outside the hotel where I can get a more satisfying breakfast for the same price or less. Other than this small piece of feedback, I’m very satisfied with my stays at Swissôtel whenever I’m in Osaka and will continue to return.

Love the hotel location as it’s just beside the Nankai train station which makes it a lot easier for those who have heavy luggage. I like the fact that there’s an ironing board and iron for travelers to use. The check in was pretty fast and the staff are courteous. Lots of eateries near the hotel too. Thank you Swissotel Nankai Osaka for making our trip a wonderful one. Will definitely consider staying here again.

It's located in Namba which is one of the busiest and exciting neighborhoods in Osaka. Direct train to KIX in the same building is the biggest plus. Dotonbori is only 10 min walk away. We had an amazing sushi dinner a few mins from the hotel. You never get hungry staying there. Front desk staff speak very good English. If you opt out of breakfast, the cafe on 3rd floor facing express train station is an excellent choice for coffee and pastries. A few min walk there an excellent brunch cafe that opens at 8 am. If you arrive by train from Kyoto/Nara, it's a little past to n navigate to the hotel. Just get to the 3rd floor first around Takashimaya. Signage is mucus easier from there. Rooms are spacious. We picked the renovated room Swiss Select. It's absolutely worth paying a little bit more. I'll definitely stay there again should I be visiting Osaka in the future.
