Hotel location is excellent!! Room is very good. A bit of noise but not bad. Hotel is safe and security/hotel management is controllin well.

Really like this hotel! Very central located on Gran Via. Close to all the shopping and touristy areas. Easy to walk around everywhere. The room has windows which are able to open, allowing for fresh air to come in. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. There's a coffee machine also to make espresso. Bathrooms are well laid out and have good amenities. Would stay again!

It is really a property that can satisfy the entire family. My teenage boys really made good use of the 24-hour gym and the breakfast spread was so delicious. The front desk and concierge were very accommodating and made everything convenient, from check in to check out. I really felt their hospitality and genuine service.

Great hotel right in the middle of the action in central Madrid.   Customer service was top notch.  There was always someone around everywhere to greet and assist you.  The door man and concierge were friendly and helpful with any needs.  The housekeeper was top notch too.  She iwas very friendly and organized items in our room neatly and folded items even.   I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be close to all the sites and major activities in Madrid.

Location, location, location! The Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid is perfectly placed right in the heart of the city — you can step out the door and be in the middle of all the action. The central location cannot be beat. The hotel feels recently renovated or at least in very good condition. Staff friendly and check in was smooth.  There is a good sized, well equipped gym in the basement and a must visit rooftop bar to begin the evening. Despite being central the rooms are well sound insulated, no noticeable noise disruption. I recommend this Hotel and would gladly stay again. The bell staff did a great job on luggage storage and ordering a taxi, etc.

The room layout is similar to a budget hotel in China, with minimal and cheap amenities. The room wasn't clean; on the first night, I found unwashed coffee cups! On another day, they completely forgot to clean the room. Paying 2000-3000 a night during Chinese New Year was definitely not worth it. Pros: Great location, comparable to Nanjing East Road in Shanghai, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, getting a taxi can be a hassle due to heavy traffic. The 30+ square meter room is quite family-friendly for those traveling with children.

The environment is fantastic, right on the main shopping street, making it super convenient to get around. You can easily walk to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, and there are tons of great food options nearby. Oh, and the hotel breakfast is amazing – easily one of the best in all of Madrid!
