The hotel location is great and surrounded by restaurants and mini market, and the hotel area located precisely in front of Tianmen Mountain Cableway station. The room was so spacious and really great. The service from the hotel owner is top notch, if you don't have any tickets to Zhangjiajie National Park or to Tianmen Mountain you can ask the owner to book for you. Overall we are delighted with the service from this hotel. The price also good. We would like to stay here again if we visit Zhangjiajie.

This hotel made my entire trip to Zhangjiajie wonderful. I highly recommend it. All the staff welcomed me like family and treated me with great care. They even helped me with my travel plans before I arrived. I could chat with them anytime if I had any questions, and they responded promptly. They arranged my tickets to Wulingyuan and suggested several optimal sightseeing routes. They even did my laundry while I was out sightseeing. It's conveniently located near restaurants, bus stops, and the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car station.

This B&B is fantastic! It's clean and hygienic. We were so lucky to find it for our trip to Zhangjiajie from Henan. The manager, a lovely lady, was very thoughtful, asking us every day if we needed housekeeping and even giving us little gifts sometimes. ☺️☺️ The experience was excellent!
