The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort

The Westin has beautiful greenery and extensive grounds. The ocean view room offers a stunning view 💕. The room is also great, close to the beach, and the pool is very unique, with the bar in the middle of the pool creating a fantastic atmosphere at night~ The location is excellent, right next to the duty-free shop, making it very convenient to get there. We had a semi-buffet breakfast at the Wu Restaurant, and the food was quite good 👍. The butler NTS service was also great; they even gave us a cute penguin skateboard doll 🐧, which I loved~ The front desk staff were all very welcoming. I will definitely come again~

This was my second stay at The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort. The common areas are even more beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained than before. Both the beach bar and the infinity pool are incredibly photogenic. The rooms don't feel old at all, and the hygiene is top-notch, with no overlooked corners. Paddling a stand-up paddleboard on the hotel's artificial river was a lot of fun and a great workout. Even during the National Day holiday, breakfast was well-organized, and the outdoor dining area added to the resort vibe. The quality of the hotel's Chinese restaurant is excellent; their homemade pickled vegetables are tangy and appetizing, especially refreshing in hot weather. Our butler, Damon, started providing service even before check-in, helping us arrange accommodation and dining, and proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and activities. He was always responsive to our requests. Overall, it's a hotel with a fantastic resort atmosphere, and it's within walking distance of the duty-free shop.

So many activities, you can't do them all in one day! The environment is beautiful, and the beach dinner was very enjoyable with a great atmosphere. The hotel photoshoot was fantastic; we got some great tennis shots.

A truly perfect and exquisite experience! It happened to be my birthday, and our butler, Ella, thoughtfully prepared a surprise and a small cake for me. From the restaurant to the room, everything was filled with a sense of occasion. This was our second stay, and the experience was still excellent. We will definitely choose The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort again.

This was a pretty good experience. The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort has a huge complex with many pools, which are great for photos. The environment is rich and perfect for kids. Kent, our butler, provided excellent service. We'll definitely come back! Teacher Mickey from Beiye was also fantastic.

Following the May Day holiday, here comes the National Day holiday! I'm so happy to be back at The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort. The hotel's service is still excellent, and I once again received attentive care from our butler Natasha. The experience remains wonderful, and I look forward to seeing her again. My overall experience during this stay was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near the duty-free shop, making it great for shopping. The room environment was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were gentle and patient, paying great attention to detail. Our butler, Ella, added me on WeChat a day in advance to inform me about check-in procedures. Her service attitude was excellent, and she responded promptly to any requests. The hotel grounds are beautiful with a resort-like atmosphere, perfect for photos. The photographer was great at finding angles and capturing natural, unposed shots. I was pleasantly surprised by the final photos. I highly recommend this place for a vacation and photoshoot!

Many thanks to The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort for the upgrade this time. The attentive service and management from our butler, Natasha, also left us with a wonderful impression. This was our third stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the China Duty Free Group (CDF) mall, and both the private beach and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Strolling along the beach in the evening with a drink, or dining and listening to music at the rooftop pool bar, are both fantastic experiences. Guests staying in villas or suites at The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay Resort can dine at the second-floor restaurant, which helps avoid long waits caused by too many guests in the first-floor dining area.
