About luggage storage service..... * So-called "free luggage storage" consists of open, unmonitored shelves in a public lobby with zero locks, doors, or staff supervision; staff even suggested using a bicycle chain to protect personal belongings. * This setup may make guests feel it is normal or a new standard to lower their own security awareness during their trip. * Even when luggage is accepted for storage, no claim tags, receipts, or verification codes are provided. * Heavy reliance on automated machines, weak human communication, and poor record-keeping. * Online listings do not clearly explain this public, unmonitored setup despite claiming 4-star hotel status. * If you have already booked, stand your ground and demand proper security for your protection. Remarks: The stay involved a total of 3 separate bookings across alternate days.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel WBF Grande Hakata. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The rooms were well-maintained, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available. The public facilities were also clean and convenient. The location is good—it’s about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, making it easy to get around, though it may feel a bit far if you’re carrying heavy luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in Fukuoka. It offers great value for the price, and I’d happily stay here again.

Convenient location near Hakata station, close to a few izakaya's and restaurants nearby, Amenities generally clean Service - couldn't get a scoop for scooping the onsen water at the front desk when i booked an onsen room. Cant drink alcohol anywhere in the hotel except the rooms? Not even the sky lounge, when people are on a holiday, the last we want is to be imprisoned when drinking alcohol. Not suppose to eat as well at the sky lounge, So restrictive. Small public onsen that caters to 10 pax max i think and its already really squeezy, rooms are small even for couples. Not recommended unless for solo travellers. Didnt take much photos because its not memorable.

The check in and check out process are mainly done manually by us. The luggage storage place is not been locked.

Great hotel relatively near Hakata station. I enjoyed the amenities provided by the hotel like the sky lounge with free drinks and the public baths with outdoor pool.

Decent hotel, 10-minute walk from Hakata station. I expected a bit more for the price I paid, but does the job of accommodating.

We enjoyed the Sky Lounge, free hot and cold drinks. The location was great but quite a walk going to Hakata station.

I stay in this hotel twice. If you want to stay in this hotel choose private bath in the room. You will have better experience in this hotel.
