Location: Perfectly located. About 2-3mins walk from the main street where Ratchadamri BTS station is located at. From Ratchadamri BTS station, you can take 1 stop to Siam BTS station where Siam Paragon, Siam Square, MBK is. It is located at the quieter side of Ratchadamri but still within walking distance (10mins) to Central World, Big C and Erawan Shrine.
Room: Stayed in the Urban Suite 1 King Bed room. There was separate living space and bedroom. Bathroom was spacious with double vanity sink and a tub. Had ample space for a very decent price, would definitely stay here again next time.
Breakfast: Buffet was ala carte menu. Portions were small which I really liked as that allowed me to try more options. Decent quality food with nothing much to nitpick on.

the mattress was so soft and i have complained for the last few years, that i had a stiff back after the first night.
i ended up sleeping on the sofa and had to go to see doctor.
it was a disaster
i asked for doing something but only the top layer of mattress was removed, and sine two years ago i told them and nothing was done.
i requested for the last two years but seems they didn't pay any attention to all the loyal customer. i have been staying there for over 10 years.
it's a pity

I had a wonderful stay at Hansar Hotel Bangkok! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the location is perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was also delicious with great variety. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Bangkok!

Hansa maintains its usual high quality. Although the hotel is a bit old, the service, breakfast, and all the sports facilities are still excellent. The location is also top-notch. Even though it's been many years since I last stayed here, I still really love it on this return visit.
