The service was truly outstanding, and the staff's attitude was absolutely top-notch! They were exceptionally kind, friendly, responsible, and always ready to offer care and assistance. The hotel is very well-staffed, and the facilities are superb! They boast super king-sized beds, balconies in every room, a gym, and an incredibly diverse buffet breakfast featuring Western, Korean, and local Indonesian cuisine, plus a swimming pool. You can also enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop – there's no extra charge, no crowds, and it even features a complimentary 'infinity pool' (a popular photo spot!) where you can relax on a sun lounger with a free welcome drink! Other conveniences include a money exchange service and a café offering pastries. Every Thursday morning, the hotel also provides a complimentary Yoga class. The location here is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the beach, and downstairs you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and street food options like bakso and pork satay. Gigi's isu is also conveniently close by! While the bars nearby can be a bit noisy in the evenings, we were so exhausted after a full day of exploring that it didn't disturb our sleep at all. This place is genuinely convenient! Any issues we encountered were resolved by the hotel immediately, and the staff truly deserves full marks!

The only upside here is its proximity to the beach. This place is only worth staying at if you enjoy loud parties until the early hours... and even then, there are just two small, rather run-down shops near the hotel where locals gather and party all night. There's absolutely no soundproofing within the hotel itself; all you can hear is doors constantly slamming. The pool is only waist-deep, and the view is nothing to write home about.
