We utterly enjoyed our stay except the last day when there was some guests who kept slaming the door. The sound proof was bad but it was generally quiet during our stay. It’s a 2 stars boutique hotel and I understand it can’t be comparable to a 4 or 5 stars hotel in term of cleanliness or amentities. It’s just my habit to wipe every surface I would place my things on and I found them dusty. Overall was above my expectation for boutique hotel. The hotel is located just opposite LaLaPort and Berjaya Times Square. On the same street, there are a lot of food options and convenience store. I would consider this boutique hotel again for same value paid $40/night or less.

Was an over night stay. Checking in was smooth and receptionist was nice and helpful. Overall happy with my stay. Will surely come back next time.

My first time in Malaysia. This was my first time traveling alone while not being able to speak English! Malaysian people are very kind. I lost my passport and while I was very worried, the hotel staff and a couple guests helped me. They were very kind and I appreciated it. I received it at the airport as a lost and found item and was able to return home safely. I would definitely go back to Malaysia. This hotel is beautiful. Thank you to all the kind people who helped me!

Location is very good.Price at these area is also cheap. But the parking is not enough for customers, need to pay for ther private parking. The soundproofing is badly.

Very friendly staff, liked the room, especially the shower and toilet, very clean plumbing and absolutely in perfect condition. It's all good. The only negative thing I noticed was the loud air conditioner, I didn't notice any other disadvantages. on the 1st floor, you can conveniently wait for a taxi or your own accommodation. I would like to mention the very caring staff of this hotel.
