The top choice for a staycation in the Greater Bay Area!! The environment is fantastic, and I'm totally in love with the outdoor pool!! (I really need to clear its name... it's definitely not the Banyan Tree of-the-floors) The hotel is extremely well-maintained, and breakfast features the classic roast goose with lai fun noodles—so delicious! From the pre-arrival contact all the way to our departure, a huge thank you to our butler Jenny, who was exceptionally attentive and fulfilled every request 😋😋

I was a bit worried seeing the mixed reviews online, but my actual stay was really good. Even with a lot of people during the holiday, the hotel never felt overcrowded.

We had a wonderful trip. The butler helped deliver our takeout to the room and granted us a late check-out. The parking lot is huge and very convenient for parking, and they even gave us a complimentary cake to celebrate my wife's birthday.

Had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake. The surroundings are gorgeous, and it was the perfect getaway to relax with Luna. The hotel is extremely pet-friendly and even thoughtfully prepared a welcome gift for pets, which really warmed the heart of a dog owner traveling with their pet. I especially want to commend Nana for being so attentive and caring—it almost made me reluctant to check out.

Kira at the front desk handled our check-in; she was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and thoughtful, even proactively offering us a late check-out. The environment is very comfortable. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and the outdoor pool is very relaxing, though the sun loungers and umbrellas could use a little maintenance.
