The Waterfront Hotel Kuching

Very nice hotel, looks so cosy and equipped with everything we need...walking distance to main street . Nice view

I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at the Waterfront Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the mall, plenty of options for food, and convenient shopping nearby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with complete amenities. The view was amazing, especially at night when we could enjoy the beautiful DUN lit up. ✨ And the indoor pool is to die for! 🏊♀️❤️ The kids enjoyed it so much! Even with the haze outside, we could still have fun and enjoy some quality family time in a comfortable indoor setting. Overall, a very comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay. Definitely a place we would happily come back to! 😊

We booked 2 queen size bed for 2 night. Overall the stay was good and comfortable. But we wouldn’t check in on time because the room is not ready. We waited 1 hour at the lobby, I hope this can be improved. The breakfast was good, kids have fun at the pool and the location was great, walkable distance to the iconic places, such ask carpenter sheet, water front, Brooke museum, Indian street. Our room is at level 5 and the view is disappoint maybe they are doing their upgrading. Definitely will come again.

Very nice view from my room . Stay in River view suits . A small fruit welcome basket was in the room. Room is big a bit in old style. Amenity was just ok no brand. ABF was just ok not that good for 5 star hotel. Service a bit slow .good thing is hotel is in the same building of Big department store. So you can find a good food or coffee.

The location is superb. Service is attentive. Unfortunately fullu booked wanted to pay for upgrade not possible. Pool operating hours is bit short. Access via B1 to the mall us very convenient . Oy found out by accident

Excellent services for people with limited movement or disability.  Granted without any fuss when requested a wheelchair due to my foot fracture and inability to walk far. Services on their Club level during my earlier stay makes me come back with my children for the second time.

Great location and super convenient, with lots of good food and places to explore nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the service was great too. Free parking is also available for hotel guests, which is a big plus! Overall, a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend :)

Front desk is very helpful and check in was very quick. Room is very big and is simiar to pictures posted on website. Toiletries and slippers are provided. Cafe at level 4, food is nice. Theres a shopping centre next to mall. Many eateries opposite, and more variety of local food. Theres also their local market 10mins away. Police station is right next to it. Felt safe for a solo traveller.

Great place to stay and a great location to a lot of attraction nearby. Gym equipment can be improved. But overall it's a good place to stay.
