Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier

The view was excellent, and the room was clean, with a great view of Tokyo Tower.

The room's location is right next to Ginza, and Don Quijote is downstairs. From the lobby, you can directly see Tokyo Tower and the city view. The hotel's front desk staff have excellent English and the service is very attentive.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk to the heart of Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel lobby offers outstanding views, overlooking Tokyo Tower, city buildings, and the bay. There are observation sofas, perfect for a relaxing sit to enjoy the scenery. However, cleanliness was an issue during this stay. Upon checking into the room, we found a forgotten contact lens on the edge of the bed frame, and a black stain on the floor. My daughter initially mistook it for an insect and was quite startled. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning and inspection procedures.

While the price is a bit high, for a location like Ginza, with convenient subway access, a 24-hour Don Quijote nearby, and walking distance to various shopping districts, it's definitely worth it. Especially impressed with the hotel's shampoo – I tried to buy it online when I got back but it was hard to find! 😄 And a big shoutout to the front desk attendant with short blonde hair; when I was having trouble getting a taxi, she personally came downstairs to help me hail one and communicate with the driver. Thumbs up! I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ginza.

As a five-star hotel, it boasts an excellent location and a super luxurious lobby. Situated on the 16th floor, the lobby offers breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. However, the front desk staff were completely unsmiling and unfriendly towards guests. Upon reaching our room floor, we noticed the hallway carpet was tattered, and the room's decor was dated. The light switches and bathroom shelves were covered in dust. Housekeeping didn't put the hairdryer back properly after use, nor did they place the freshly changed towels on the towel rack; they were simply tossed into a basket. Furthermore, despite setting the air conditioning to a lower temperature, it didn't feel cool throughout the night. Overall, this is the worst Mitsui Garden Hotel I've ever stayed at.

Highly recommend the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier in Tokyo! The room offered an amazing view, perfect for enjoying the bustling city lights at night. It's just a few minutes' walk to Shimbashi Station, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The sky lobby is quite unique, service communication was smooth, and the room was clean and tidy. Its Ginza location makes shopping and dining effortless. Definitely my top choice for a Tokyo trip.
