衞生：挺乾淨的，我們是三個人住，辦入住的時候前台當場就通知保潔阿姨再補充一份洗漱用品
環境：房間很大！很乾凈！我擔心的問題都沒有
設施：有手沖咖啡提供還有小冰箱，買的甜品啥的可以放，衣帽間也挺大的，衣架夠多
服務：從前台到保潔阿姨態度都很好
這家頂噴非常棒，衞生間是住酒店最關心的
點外賣有機器人給送過來

房間寬敞舒適，床鋪柔軟，衞生做得非常好，周邊環境安靜又便利，樓下就是地鐵站。

喜歡桔子水晶簡約的裝修風格，而且主要是衞生很好。前台小姐姐給升級了房型，房間大，隔音也不錯，朝西的房間不臨街，特別安靜，住了兩晚很舒服~

地理位置：一號線四號線樂橋站六號口出來就是酒店。去蘇博拙政園平江路，虎丘景區，盤門景區，山塘街，都很方便。四方老城區還是建議住地鐵周邊酒店，打車多少有點堵，鬧心。
服務態度：對應很快，要了充電線和空氣凈化器，美麗的工作人員很快就搬了過來。打掃客房的阿姨們，面帶微笑，打掃乾淨。
環境：酒店很新，配套設施齊全，入住退房都很快。

酒店位置交通方便，走幾分鐘就是步行街，距離平江路、拙政園、蘇州博物館都非常近，商品、小吃、蘇州美食都非常豐富。去蘇州火車站站也非常方便，酒店門口30米就是地鐵站，坐3個站13分鐘就到蘇州火車站，高鐵到上海站26分鐘。
酒店服務很好，進門微笑服務+入住水果，這個是非常nice的體驗。
房間寬趟通風、陽台也很大，一早起來就有陽光，房間大空氣清新，特意看了被子沒有毛髮很乾凈。
酒店服務員態度很好，早上還給早餐優惠。
這次來蘇州參觀了拙政園、寒山寺、平江路、獅子林，這是來到蘇州非常舒適的遊玩體現，真正瞭解到蘇州園林的美感。唯一美中不足是沒有提前預約博物館，下次再來遊玩。

這間酒店真的太令人驚喜了，完全超出了我的期待！房間設計感十足，充滿科技感，而且非常乾淨、隔音也很好。叫外賣也特別方便，衹需要在房間裏等機器人送上來就行，體驗感滿滿。
房間本身也很舒適。這是我第一次來中國，在蘇州和上海住過的酒店中，這家無疑是最好的。強烈推薦！

環境：不會因為是在觀前街而吵鬧，反而很安靜
衞生：打擾的比較乾淨整潔，唯一不太好的是布藝座椅好像沒打掃乾淨，有一股腳臭味
服務：服務非常好，客房服務很熱情周到，要求都能及時響應。
