Crystal Orange Suzhou Guanqian Street

Arrived at the hotel only to find there were no EV charging stations. I was exhausted, so after a quick shower, I had to go back out to find somewhere to charge, which was incredibly inconvenient. The parking garage was also very wet, making for a truly unpleasant experience. Parking in the Guanqian area is already expensive, so having to spend more money and effort to charge elsewhere is just ridiculous. The newly opened Atour across the street, similarly priced at around 400, has charging stations in their garage. I'd highly recommend electric vehicle owners choose that hotel instead.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room rate was quite high during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, but it should be much lower on regular days. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant were all very kind and polite, and the hotel facilities are good. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the unlimited bottled water was very convenient, especially since you drink more water in the summer. I would recommend it to friends and colleagues.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is incredibly convenient, located just 20 meters from the subway exit. I stayed for two nights in Suzhou to catch Li Jian's concert. The hotel's air conditioning was excellent, and the service was thoughtful, even offering complimentary fruit and upgrading my room. It was very clean, right next to Yiyuan Garden and Guanqian Street, and all the delicious takeout I ordered was delivered by a robot.

This hotel is super convenient, right next to the metro station! It's a breeze to get around with Leqiao Metro Station just outside. The subway takes you directly to Suzhou Station and all the major attractions, making sightseeing hassle-free. The hotel itself has a beautiful, elegant New Chinese Jiangnan style that's really appealing. The lobby has a subtle, pleasant scent, and the rooms are spacious and bright, with impeccable cleanliness. The bedding is comfortable, and a full range of toiletries are provided. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was very patient in giving directions. Plus, there are plenty of bubble tea shops and restaurants nearby. It's perfect for getting around, shopping, and catching trains. My stay here was 10/10, and I'll definitely be booking this place again on my next trip to Suzhou!
