karaksa hotel TOKYO STATION

It’s nice hotel, great location, and it’s provide a room with group up to 6 people in 1 room. The staff is very helpful and the hotel , they even let us keep our bags at the hotel after we checked out. Their ¥1000 breakfast was also a great bang for your buck

The hotel is in a great location. If you take the bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, it’s only a few minutes' walk from where you get off. The room was clean and didn't feel small at all; it felt much more spacious and less cramped compared to other hotels, offering great value for money. It’s perfect for travelers spending their first night in Tokyo.

Had a pretty good stay at the hotel. Location is great since it’s just opposite Tokyo station. Just a small walk away from the airport limousine bus. Room size is pretty good considering we got the connecting room. Mattress on a thinner side but comfortable. Pillows are on the softer side. They do provide two pillows (1 soft 1 firm). We did all have a good night rest every night. Service is lukewarm. All staff are generally friendly except for one staff whose name starts with C. She helped us with the luggages that need to be deposited after we checked out. As much as we appreciate her help, it just doesn’t feel good when her facial expression scream “are you done” even though she smiled when we are passing additional bags for deposit. And all these happened within 1 minute. As much as we understand that the staff might be tired from a whole day work. But it still don’t feel good. This experience leave a bitter taste in the mouth when everything was good , only to end in such an unpleasant note. Other than this small episode, all else was fine. Great for families and can consider booking the connecting room if you need more space.

Hotel location was super convenient, short walk to Tokyo Station, Nihonbashi Station and Airport Limousine stop. Rooms very clean, tho a little small, barely had enough free space to open 2 large luggages without blocking the way.

Very good location near by Tokyo station and 日本橋。within walking distance to ginza. room is clean dns spacious enough for 2 large luggage. Service is good and saff are helpful. A on the list hotel for Tokyo trip.

Room is spacious for 2 pax but toilet is really cramp and weird to have sink outside of bathroom. Location is close by JR line, Shinkansen, narita express line. Seems like it’s meant for biz travelers than tourist

The hotel is near Tokyo station. It is very easy for people who want to take Shinkansen to Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe. It is also a few steps away from Labi (more or less like. Bic camera).

Good location, just five minutes walk to Tokyo Station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free use of beverage machine and free throw of candy are plus.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, within walking distance to Fogo Station. There are many subway lines nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The area also has plenty of restaurants and food options. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel also provides convenient luggage storage, which is very helpful for travelers. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
