Located inside a castle, the decor is very old-money chic. The breakfast was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend! Perhaps because it's an old castle, the rooms aren't very spacious, or maybe I just had a standard room. Its expensiveness isn't its flaw, it's mine.

Very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is located right within the University of Edinburgh campus. I booked a room with breakfast, and the toast was excellent! The dining environment was also very pleasant. Plus, there are bus stops conveniently located near the hotel, making it super easy to get around!

The place is quiet and interior is great. Room is very big and there is a tub for bath. Coffee corner is good and free of charge. Reception was nice and introduce the hotel and room to us. Easy to go to Edinburgh city center as the bus stop is just outside the hotel with around 3 mins walk. Would recommend this hotel to others!

Fantastic find! Great location, luxury feel hotel with 5 star service from the staff and beautiful food. Only areas I would give feedback on are the car charging is unreliable and some rooms have no mirrors other than the bathroom. I will be back as the hotel made my visit to Edinburgh stress free ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
