The hotel service was absolutely terrible, not just bad, but exceptionally awful. The duvet was not breathable, and it wasn't a fresh one. Only the bottom sheet seemed to have been changed. For the two days I stayed, the front desk staff were generally unfriendly. On the third day, the hotel, which has an 11:30 AM check-out time, demanded a full day's room rate because I was half an hour late checking out. Otherwise, they wouldn't let me leave. And they charged me the weekend rate of 1600 per night, which was even more expensive than what was listed on Ctrip. This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. Avoid it at all costs!

The location is very central, making it convenient to walk to restaurants. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and you can walk a few minutes to the original Ichiran ramen shop. However, it's also very close to the red-light district. On the bright side, in just a few minutes walk you can enjoy Fukuoka's famous street food stalls (yatai). The hotel room is spacious, and the bathroom is also large. It's probably the most satisfying bathroom I've had in Fukuoka.

Location of hotel convenient. Near to Tenjin and Hakata station, within 15 mins walk. Also near to the Yatai food stall. Hotel come with self service laundry machine. Breakfast is good with enough variety for a 6 days stay.

Great location and comfortable stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathtub was a fantastic touch—perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and exploring Fukuoka.
Check-in was smooth, and receiving a welcome drink at the lobby was a delightful surprise. Having a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel made grabbing late-night snacks and essentials extremely convenient.
The location is definitely a major highlight. It’s super close to Canal City Hakata for shopping and dining, and just a short stroll away from the scenic Nakasu (中洲) riverside. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fukuoka!
