great good location and helpful staff

Probably the worst hostel in Madrid. Terrible staff. Terrible experience. The staff do not care about you at all. They just care about making money. They tried to kick me and my friends out for ordering a burger to our apartment. Who does that. Especially when they never tell you any rules. Absolutely terrible.

Worst hostel that you ever can see. Awful rooms, very dirty, elevator working if you are pushing several times and you need to buy lock additional for putting your clothes in the garderobe. They just lying about everything. Worst stay of my live.

GREAT location! I loved it. We could walk anywhere. We got the private room and it was perfect Bigger than the average size hotel room. The people at the front desk was very friendy and helpful. The person at the coffee was very nice as well. I was suprise that we could not hear any noise from the basement where most of the young kids hang out. I will def. recommend it.

So staff was nice, trying to help me everytime I request it, points for that :) The room: I stayed on 8 bed female room (208), I request the bottom (which they gave) but the problem is that the balcony door was just in front of the bed and that door has a big window that cant be covered because the blinds were broken, so if you don't mind about little bit of light from the street coming to you in the night then its fine. Another point was that the bed doesn't have curtain and it doesn't feel private as we want even when is a shared room it could give a plus that I saw in another hostels (just an advice :) ). The rooms are cold :( The bathroom is outside the room and always has hot shower, very pleasant for the cold season. In general the stay with them was okay. They helped me to book taxi to the airport for 30euros. Taxi driver was very punctual (30min from the hostel)
