The hotel staff is so friendly. The room was amazing and convenient location to Tianmenshan cable car. It was not noisy at all even though there is a construction nearby. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Zhangjiajie.

Staying here when visiting Zhangjiajie was incredibly hassle-free! The front desk service was gentle and thoughtful, and they even kindly upgraded us to a Jimu twin room. When we went hiking, the staff even prepared drinking water for us, which was a really heartwarming detail. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the room facilities were complete, and the bedding and all kinds of amenities were all available, showing attentiveness everywhere. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to go to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. I genuinely recommend it for a trip to Zhangjiajie!

Our room was clean and spacious. There was housekeeping everyday which was great. They gave us water upon check out. It’s located next to the Tianmen Cableway Station and a short DiDi ride from the airport. Overall, great value for money.

Needless to say, Atour Hotel has always been great; I've stayed there several times and never had an issue, and the service is always spot on. This particular branch is conveniently located right by the Tianmen Mountain cable car starting point, within the city center, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. I'd recommend a place called 'Sangzhi Specialty Belly Restaurant' (Nanzhuangping Store 5) – I really enjoyed their Sanxiagu (three-pot dish).

Excellent location for visiting Tianmen Mountain. It's just a 100-meter walk from the hotel to the A-line cable car station, which takes you right over the city and up to Tianmen Mountain.
