Had a fantastic stay. The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. SG60 themed surprise package: It was a pleasant surprise to be able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of my bed. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Great. Service: The front desk staff was very thoughtful. When our room was cleaned late, they even gave gifts to the children and dinner vouchers for the restaurant. Each night, turndown service included a different small gift, and we received three different ones over three days. Facilities: Very new and comfortable. The only annoying thing was having to queue for breakfast, but that's understandable given how crowded it was during the National Day holiday.

The rooms are newly renovated and feel fresh, though they do strike me as a bit on the smaller side, lacking a certain spaciousness. The lobby also feels a little cramped due to the elevators. However, the overall color scheme is very appealing. The 5th-floor swimming pool offers fantastic views of the entire Marina Bay. Service is definitely a highlight; both the doormen and front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive.
