Al Massa Bader Hotel

Stayed in this hotel 2nd time in Ramadan. Fabulous location near harm and plenty of food sops and restaurants around. During prayer times the lifts become very busy which is understandable in peak season

Came in October. Arrived earlier than check in time and didn't have to wait long to get a room - just what you need after a long journey. WiFi in foyer is good, but slow in the room. It's about 10 mins to Haram, but bear in mind you still need to walk to Ka'bah after that and it may be hot and you may not be alone. Besides that, staff was friendly, it was clean and the price was value for money. I would definitely recommend it for solo travellers or friends.

Family Umra with 2x rooms. Location is very good ~10 mins to Bab-i- Fahad, only 3 Star point. However, the room service is below par. They don't bother. Detvice/ Management with Bengali brothers who don't care, as do the reception management. You, stay mainly due to location, not service!

The location of hotel was good, only a 10 minute walk to Haram. The rooms were fine, what you would expect for a 3 star hotel. The furniture and floors were outdated, the toilet was not very clean, unfortunately with stains on curtains and bathtub. One of my biggest complaints was with the lack of room cleaning service, we stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and the room was only cleaned once, after several complaints of no cleaning and several promises from the receptionist that our room would be cleaned, we had to eventually beg a cleaner to come to clean our room. The hotel room had no kettle, and no extra amenities such as soap and shampoos, again could be attributed to being 3 star. The hotel did have a small mosque setup however which was nice and also a small Pakistani restaurant as well and a small cafe but no other food options.

Dear sir /madam, My family live there few days and reception staff charge extra because bed sheet bit dirty and staff not cooperating and shouting my family & rood and which is not acceptable and this type of behavior not acceptable please my family back you soon I hope give nice service and give back money which charge extra your policy not mention charge extra if you not return money we will complain local authority and leave the reviews every single day ...

The worest stay ever They don't have any security system and anyone can come to your room to ask you for check out time even he is not working at the hotel same which happened with us yesterday Totaly not recommended But also to be honest i would like to thank mr. Islam at reception for his cooperation

the absolute worst hotel one could stay in. the absolute worst. rude staff at the reception, the rooms stink, the windows were jammed and dirty, the bathrooms not fully functional, no clean towels, no clean sheets, so much more wrong with it that i want to address but can’t because of time constraint. please do not stay here if you want to have even a semblance of peace on your trip.

In fact, it was a very bad experience. The rooms are dirty and do not match the photos posted. The food smells bad, is not fresh, and is not available in the necessary quantity. The sheets are torn and smell musty. It was the worst experience in my life.

Lifts are very poor and mostly there is long que in front of lifts in lobby, when lift become open, people run towards lift door like there is something special, most of the time after nimaz this scene happens.and sometimes these turns off immediately.
