Aerotel Kuala Lumpur (Airport Hotel) - Gateway@KLIA2

Aerotel is a fantastic transit option if you just need a few hours of sleep before an early morning flight. Frontline staff friendly and fast check in. The beds are notably comfortable, but the air conditioning can occasionally feel too warm, and the rooms might pick up a bit of sound from the airport.

Loved our stay at Aerotel KLIA2! So convenient for everything ….. layover , food , shopping ! Room is clean and comfy with all the amenities provided for travellers! Staff are friendly helpful and always smiling! Well done and keep it up Aerotel ! We hope to be back one day !

Staff are nice and helpful. I was told AC is not cool. Actually we accept the AC at 22c the is fine for me and my kids.

There is three toilet + bathroom at the end of the corridor. It was okay, quite clean. Room is small but I was staying for short period (less than 12 hours) so it's fine. But it was a bit expensive .....

Clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained hotel with a pleasant ambiance. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommended for both families and couples looking for a comfortable stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Used this hotel for a 12-hour daytime layover between arriving after a 15-hour flight in the early morning at Kuala Lumpur’s international terminal and departing from the same terminal in the late evening. This is a much more comfortable option than sitting around in the airside transit area and certainly much cheaper than paying to use a lounge, even if it does offer “free” drinks. Aerotel works very well, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only drag is having to go through the entire immigration, customs and security annoyance twice because Aerotel is located in a different terminal.

First time staying here. Extremely clean room. A quiet, refresh and good night sleep with family before catching the next flight. Will stay here again.
